UPDATE -8/4  

Registration for the fall cross country season is now open.    We will practice on Tuesdays and Fridays 530-630pm at Nottoway Park.  Starting 8/26.   the second practice will be on 8/28 to avoid the Labor Day weekend.   

The goal of training for the season will be to get in shape for cross country races ranging from 2 to 5km in length (most races lengths are based on age but sometimes the athlete can choose to run a shorter or longer race).  

Our main age range is 7-14 but we will occasionally have younger siblings that are 6 join the team. We also have some home schooled HS students join us as well.
