Game Cancelation Policy
League practices are not held when Fairfax County schools are closed during the day due to inclement weather or holidays.
If a school is closed on Friday, weekend schedules are not necessarily canceled for VYI.
Parents should tune into the County information channel on cable TV, or consult the WEB page below to determine if schools have reopened following a day of inclement weather, indicating games or practices will be held. Parents may also call the Fairfax County Recreation Department Hot Line at 703-324-5264 for news on school closings, or click on the following link.
