HOW TO CHANGE A SCHEDULED GAME

To change a published schedule enter Basketball, Admin using your user name and password. Then click in the left hand menu on Scheduling, Calendar and then click on the date of the game(s) you wish to modify.

You will see all games scheduled on that date listed by school, so find the game you are interested in and click on the "spreadsheet" symbol in the left hand column and the details of the game will be displayed. Change whatever you wish, usually just the game time or the participants, and submit the change. It should appear immediately on the Game Schedule page for the date you were working on.

Be careful that you remember to change the game into a time slot and the game out of that time slot so that two games are not scheudled simultaneously. You should be able to see this when the game summary page appears after you modify a game.
